Peaceful place

I was specifically looking for a quiet place away from the Pisa center as it was the end of my trip and I just wanted a good night's sleep. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The staff was very nice, the room was comfy, and the restaurant was nice too. Plus, the airport was just a 10-minute taxi ride away. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Very Poor

I have messaged both Hotiday and yourselves 2 days ago but still no reply from either company. It was a dreadful experience with water on our room floor & bathroom flooded due to broken shower door. The room smelt of damp, the reception staff was rude stating that they were inferior rooms so we get what we pay for with Hotiday! Shocking. We had to see manager in the end but as our stay was only 2 nights this made little difference to our stay. I will be disputing the charge.

Yes the property was great , ashraf and the team were great at helping us find out travel routes and opportunities. Lovely staff in the hotel from the maids to the kitchen staff. Thank you would definitely return back again

A disappointing stay

Good swimming pool and location, range of breakfast options

Staff were unhelpful and rude. On night 1 our aircon broke at gone midnight, staff gave us a towel and said there was nothing they could do. They eventually moved us to a different room the next day after much arguing. The staff at breakfast were not present, at one point there were no spare tables due to uncleared tables, despite only 4 guests being in the hotel. On the last night we were asleep at 1am, and reception rang us 3 times to ask for our documents we had already provided. Overall poor service and broken facilities, a shame for what could be a fantastic hotel.

This hotel deserves not even 3 stars !

I did not take the breakfast because it's too dear : 20 euros per person . The location is 20 minutes walk to the center , it's acceptable

We have to wait more than two hours (17 h) after the time fixed for check-in (15 h o'clock ). The staff at réception is not agreeable, no smile ! The house staff didn't do their work : no cleaning the room nor the bed, they took the dirty towels without replacing the new ones, wifi in the room didn't work.. No kettle in the room for coffee or tea like other hotels..

Overall not bad place, Good customer service from staff

Very much cold in bathroom, heating wasn't working and cracks in wall

Shower water wasn't going dowk properly, seems like any blockage in water pipes and heating wasn't working in bathroom so too cold also, no price list placed in room for mini bar so we hadn't even touch the mini bar.
